once i had a cake made for my son, Lucas’, christening. the cake read “God Bless Lukes Armand” when we picked it up - when we complained that Lucas was spelled wrong they said they had spelled it just as it was written down on the work order - the work order that they took over the PHONE - idiots -
and think… these people will be handling our retirement funds, our bedpans and pushing our wheelchairs.
