The Screening Of Charlize’s New Film Sleepwalking Brings Out The Socials
Last night was the Cinema Society’s screening of Sleepwalking, the film in which Charlize Theron tries her hand at producing. It also stars Nick Stahl, AnnaSophia Robb, Dennis Hopper, and Woody Harrelson. The film was a complete bore (and that’s the nice version), but who cares, she’s amazingly stunning. The after party was at the Soho Grand Penthouse, (with it’s glorious night skyline).
It brought out the likes of Olivia Palermo and boy toy Johannes Huebl (out of hiding, both are absolutely adorable. Olivia insists that Johannes and her have been dating “forever” but whatever happened to Lienhardt??? Apparently “forever” means less than a year, but I will never be the one to judge her word choice, me who gets cold feet after 3 weeks with someone. She was also all talks about her new venture into acting, if any face would look good on the big screen it would undoubtedly be hers).
Also there were photographer Mick Rock, Peter Davis and Paul Johnson-Calderon (coming from the NHM Winter Ball, they are the #1 gay couple of Gotham), Rachel “the wrinkle” Zoe, Terrance Howard (who was by far the coolest “actor” there), Narcisco Rodriguez (we hear rumors of his vintage line going bankrupt), and of course Charlize, among others. The party continued for us at Beatrice, where all the cool kids were.
