GQ Parties At The Stoli Hotel

GQ, Stoli

Go HERE for more photos from this event by Etta Shon.

What do you get when you add Stoli Vodka, GQ magazine, the Misshapes, and a big raw empty space right off the West-side Highway? Hmm, the Stoli Hotel last night. The one off parties the vodka company throws in different cities around the world with the help of magazines and the hippest D.J.s around. Last night we went to the Stoli Hotel to drink in the vibe if you will, and see and what we could see. The enormous line out front was a pretty good indicator that other people had the same idea.

Once inside Stoli was served from about five or six different drink stations. The set up was quite thorough. The “Hotel” had rooms, a spa, and a lounge all filled with the merriment. It may have been a Tuesday night, but the crowd was out in full effect and nobody seemed to be worrying about the next morning”s commitment as Stoli flowed in its various concoctions and folks danced to the music and laughed the night away. Etta took pictures and I stood in the middle of the room drinking up the scene.  Check it out.

  1. E.Shon - May 14th, 2008

The party just started to get good the last hour when people got off their phones and got down. It must be a relief to have your blackberry handy at a social event to make you look fashionably bored.
