All forms of media may be having a tough time lately, but we are glad to see that The Paley Center for Media (what used to be the Museum of Television and Radio) is looking out for us. Last night, at the Cipriani on 42nd Street, their annual gala took place. The guests of honor were Ken Lowe and Sir Martin Sorrell (known for their ground breaking leadership in media) and Rufus Wainwright performed. The event will help with The Paley Center's ongoing efforts to increase the public's understanding of the media and its growing significance in today's society through public and industry programs.

Yippeeeeeeee, The Jonas Brothers new 3D Concert Experience movie premiered yesterday at the El Capitan Theatre in LA! There were lots of young Disney darlings (including Demi Lovato, India Eisley, Emily Osment, and Meaghan Martin) in attendance to swoon over the three young musketeers. We'll be looking out for these young'ns on the arm of a Jonas sometime soon..

British socialite Peaches Geldof spent some valuable father/daughter time with dad Sir Bob Geldof at the front row of the Luella show which started off London Fashion Week at The Flower Cellars yesterday. But, more importantly, they were there to cheer on sister Pixie Geldof who walked in the show (she's the one with the spiky white hair). Peaches spent a brief time on the NYC social circuit but has recently decided to head back to her homeland, where she will be staying. More photos from Luella below.

Like a veritable Where's Waldo book of fabulous A-listers, the Vanity Fair Oscar Party certainly didn't seem understated, despite this year's downsizing of venue (from Morton's to the Sunset Tower) and guest list . Just about all of Sunday night's beauties and beaus did a lovely job of strutting their stuff, schmoozing, and avoiding their exes at the event (looks like Brad and Angelina graciously conceded their red-carpet throne to John and Jen for the night...) While we wish we could've scored an invite, we're just as content flipping through the photos from our perch here in New York. Enjoy!

There are two parties to be at on Oscar night...Vanity Fair's (coverage coming soon), and Elton Johns' AIDS Foundation Party. Held at the Pacific Design Center, this year was the 17th Annual party by the legendary singer/songwriter and drew guests like: Chace Crawford, Claire Danes, Sharon Stone, Eva Longoria, Zac Posen, Carrie Underwood, Gerard Butler, Victoria Beckham and many others.
