The World Premiere Of Julie & Julia At The Ziegfeld Theater

Last night, the world premiere of Columbia Picture’s Julie And Julia took place at the Ziegfeld Theater. The movie is based on the real life story of Julie Powell (who was in attendance) who cooked her way through Julia Child’s cookbook and (what else?) blogged about it.The wonderful Meryl Streep and Amy Adams were present.The premier also brought outc hefs– Martha Stewart, Rachel Ray as well as fashion/art ladies like Rachel Roy, Yoko Ono, Jazmine Gonzales.

The Aboveground, a community of tastemakers, celebrated their latest fashion find last night, the Arbitrage Hooded Shirt (left), “A hybrid between a dress shirt and light jacket, Arbitrage’s Krona hooded shirt has created a stir in men’s fashion with the inventiveness of its design.” The rooftop party consisted of a Sugar Hill Gang as well as Hugh Hayden’s “FUNature” collection and music by DJ The Chainsmokers.
