[All photos by Billy Farrell for PMc]. Art Basel officially kicked off in Miami yesterday, starting with photographer Jordan Doner's interactive installation, where the audience signs a basic model release form, and then starts posing for pictures with the real models.-

The installation ("Land"), at the 101/exhibit Gallery, is composed of draped sheets, mirrors, and random videos playing. The models (the real ones) all wear body suits, and typical model-y hair and makeup. After walking through the space, you become surrounded by said models, Doner starts shooting, and just like that, you are a model yourself, no Tyra or starvation necessary! Isn't Art  Basel great?
