“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Ella Celebrates One Year Anniversary

Hot spot Ella celebrated their One Year Anniversary Thursday night with a packed house of eager downtown party-goers not only there to toast the club on its’ first birthday, but to check out the musical talent lined up for the night. Underground hip-hop superstar Talib Kweli performed for the crowd also joining Ella as they celebrated the launch of Studio A… dubbed “downtown’s newest and most intimate music haven.” Additional music performances included James Kinney and the Big Bounce while DJ’s Mick Boogie, Ian Boyd, and New York City fave Francesco Civetta were also on hand to keep the music flowing for the crowd (including the likes of Ryan Gosling, we should add).
