“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Marc’s Done It, Again…

Marc Jacobs (after showing up with a slew of body guards) brought Lady Gaga to celebrate another eclectic and successful show, demonstrating that the designer who has delivered everything from kilts to cameltoe is showing no signs of slowing down. WWD live tweeted the evening, which included Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Patrick McMullan, Janet Jackson, Lindsay Lohan, Lily Donaldson, Mickey Boardman, Lorenzo Martone, Lauren Santo Domingo and Perez Hilton, right after he spoke with Rachelle about his adventures in show hopping (check out the video, soon). The guests danced on the banquettes while drummers and fire eaters revved the crowd for the concert. When Lady Gaga finally took the stage well after midnight, she told everyone to “shut up,” then brought down the house with a set dramatic enough to rival her bloody, yet epic, VMA singing. From the boozy crowd to the hopping scene, it’s easy to say that Marc’s done it, again.
