Saturday night was a busy one for me! I attended two events that could not have been more enjoyable or more different: Fashion for Paws at the National Building Museum, and Taste of the South at DAR Constitution Hall. At one venue you had decked-out models posing for a room full of cameras, and at the other you had a room full of people devouring southern food, dancing to Motown, and couldn't care less about a camera in the vicinity.
