Today’s Fame Game Matchup is between Leven and Mary Rambin.  Two sisters.  One’s an actress currently residing in LA, the other has her own new website, along with those handbags of hers.  Little sister’s got a little bit on her sibling, it seems, in the fame game. Maybe that will change when that TV show happens…

Today’s style phile is from one of our favorite socialite/actress Leven Rambin.  Leven left us for LaLa Land weeks ago, where she is working on her new show.  Here, she shows off her one of a kind bracelets that are no doubt taking the west coast by storm.

Aww. They take another one. That’s the first thing I thought when hearing the news on Friday that Leven Rambin, the beautiful blond that has quickly won over the hearts of many in the Manhattan social-set, would be moving to our west coast rival (L.A.) for her new role on Fox’s “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles“. She will be playing Riley, a young new friend who is quick witted and quick on her feet (and has interactions with the famed character John Connor of course). More»

Direct from our “Tip box”, we hear that there may be “something” between our little Lipstick bug Leven Rambin, and music producer (and pretty famous brother to a certain twins) Mark Ronson. It is really a small world, and this pairing would make complete sense. Both are avid Beatrice lovers in the young Manhattan scene. She’s a girl’s girl, and, judging from his myspace, Mark’s every “Guy’s guy”. Though spotting them canoodling at Beatrice hardly warrants a red alert, we agree with our tipster, these two would be an annoyingly cute couple.

Today, we are starting to put the pieces together. What do the popular Moe Bags (the latest buzz-o-meter alert item in celeb land), All My Children star and New York social gal Leven Rambin, and Gawker love child Julia Allison have in common? Well here’s how it goes: Remember back when we were wondering why Julia Allison was working so hard on promoting the little Leven? Might it be because her older sister Mary, the creator of the popular Moe Bags, is Allison’s best friend forever (coincidentally she is also her stylist). Both of the women have popular tumblr blogs (Julia’s here, Mary’s here), which they use to praise each other (what all women SHOULD be doing instead of bitching behind each other’s backs). We are all for this promotional plugging. In case you don’t care about all of this New York gossip, at least look at the bags.

Moe Bags are super cool. And if you don’t believe us, just ask any of the several celebrity fans including Lydia Hearst, Brooke Hogan, Miss U.S.A., Hayden Pannetiere, Kristen Bell, Haley and Hillary Duff, Courtney Cox, Renee Zellwegger, Eva Mendes, Jessica Beil, Jessica Alba…the list goes on and on.
