Chessy Wilson, Anisha Lakhani, Annabelle VartanianGo HERE for more photos and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS!

Walking into the Salon at Bryant Park for the CHOCHENG show was like walking the red carpet with a glittering front row filled with celebrities and socialites like Ms. USA Crystle Stewart, Veronica Bulgari, Alina Cho, Valesca Guerrand-Hermes, Lydia Fenet, Alexandra Lind Rose, Patrick MacDonald, Gillian Hearst Simonds, Anisha Lakhani, Luigi Tadini, Maggie Katz, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Fern Mallis and more. If the prominent front row is any indication, this young new designer has a following to rival the most established designers. More »

Rebecca Taylor’s Line Inspired By Fairy Tales Has A Happy Ending

Samantha Swetra, Erin LucasThe Rebecca Taylor Fall 2009 Collection is inspired by imagery from Northern European fairy tales or more realistically, a young, girlish but sophisticated European traveler. The palette is deep hues of violet and pomegranate softened with natural girlish shades of beige and pink. Ultra feminine ruffled tops and playful dresses are softly embellished. Her ensembles are a mixed of the softest wool and cashmere with chiffon, velvet and taffeta. The jewel tones and flirty floral prints added a jolt of vibrancy to the collection that is sure to enliven any bleak Fall wardrobe. Rebecca has always been known for her fancy of all things feminine. This collection however, has a mix of clean cut sophistication that entices every woman’s heart.

[Photo by NICHOLAS RICHER for PMc]

Ralph Lauren takes us all away in style.  His show was one of the lasts of the week, and it was good enough to get Serena Van Der Woodsen (aka Blake Lively) in attendance (along with children David and Dylan Lauren, Amanda Hears, Lauren Bush, Anna Wintour and many others). A truly stunning finish.  Click below to browse through Calvin Klein and Project Runway’s Season Finale

Go HERE for more photos by ALEXIS CORCHADO and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS!

“Experience a modern twist on the classic pin-up a la bettie page.” So said the invite to Stadj’s Fall ‘09 Fashion show party at (wait for it) The Museum of Sex.  I missed out on this “original and unior boudoir meets nightlife” by Michelle Scott, including the Stadj model DJs spinning at the afterparty at the Empire Hotel Rooftop Ultra Lounge.  Thank god we got photos right? Radar Entertainment and The Last Magazine had an end-of-Fashion Week party to end all fashion week parties last night at the studio of Ross Kossovitz of K&M Tribeca, and we hear it was a rager–a “hot, sweaty mess” to be exact–according to David X Prutting, who snapped all the photos. Partygoers Alexander Wang, Stavros Niarchos, Richard Chai, Phillip Lim, Zoe Kravitz, Natasha Poly, Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld, Byrdie Bell and a slew of others let loose into the wee hours.

Erin Wasson And RVCA Remind Us Why We Love Fashion Week

[Photos by BILLY FARRELL for PMc]

Wednesday evening, models, socials, and fashionistas rocked out at Milk Studio for Erin Wasson’s collaborative line with RVCA. A presentation of models debuted the new looks as guests celebrated Fashion Week’s hottest party with Belvedere cocktails. Guests included Leighton Meester, Jaslene Gonzalez, May Anderson, David Chines, Anne Slowey, Isabel Dupre, Kristin Reiter, Mickey Boardman, Mark “The Cobrasnake” Hunter, and Cory Kennedy, who all looked like they thoroughly enjoyed themselves, maybe even a little too much…but isn’t that what Fashion Week is all about?

Photo Of The Day: “We Should, Like Totally Be Sisters Or Something!”

[Photo by DAVID X PRUTTING for PMc]

At first glance, this was obviously just another shot of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen out and about at Fashion Week (Proenza Schoulder’s show).  But wait! Closer inspection shows it’s the lost Olsen sister (otherwise known as Nicole Richie!)  It’s lovely to see these two catching up on old times isn’t it?  More photos from the show below…
