Well today officially marks the beginning of Fashion Week. And, there's nothing like starting the week off with an official ribbon ceremony with the Giants' Victor Cruz! Other things that make absolutely no sense: Charlie Rose's undying friendship with George Clooney, "Bradying," Nespresso machines and Buzzfeed.
You guys! Today my sister gave birth to a beautiful baby boy (her fourth!). And, well, someone is going to have to explain to little Oliver that he was just born into a world where memes like "Breading" your cat and writing Beyonce lyrics on top of scenes from a dramatic time period TV show are what people are doing to fill their time. A world where a sloth showing up to your Birthday party causes our starlets to launch into a fit of hysterical tears and where the purchasing of a puppy makes front page news. Happy Birthday Oliver James, and welcome to this crazy messy world!
The Winklevoss Twins make their Simpsons debut and GofG makes its Bravo debut. Today there was a horsefly named after Beyonce (because of it's gold butt), Vanilla Ice is a well-to-do interior designer and Johnathan Adler is designing toilet paper roll covers! Things are bananas. It's obviously the day after the most depressing day of the year!
Can you believe some jerk left his iPhone ringing during the NY Philharmonic last night? It's making news today along with Michelle Obama joining Facebook and Blue Ivy Carter hitting the Billboard chart before even speaking. Plus, there's the outrageous details on Facebook's IPO, Sh*t Nobody is Saying and photos from the basement of the Louvre.
Have you ever wished there was a cereal that was entirely made up of those little marshmallows from Lucky Charms? Today, I tell you where you can find that magical cereal of your dreams. Plus, I revisit Zuccotti park, I check in on China's Ice and Snow Festival and I listen to some wise advice from my elders on life.
What can you look forward to today? The return of Downton Abbey, a government-backed diet, and a guide for sounding all Shakespearean. Plus, there's topless photos of both Obama and Bieber, inbred dessert pornography, and awesome people hanging out together! I read the Internet so you don't have to.
