Confirmed today (coincidentally coinciding with the filming of the VS Fashion Show in Paris), Shayk is indeed with child - with Bradley Cooper's child, no less. While sources say she's in her second trimester, the angel looked as lingerie model-y as ever, though her outfits did seem to purposely obscure her tummy. In any case, her cleavage looks amazing.
