It's the party that started hundreds of copy-cats around the world. Though many were wondering if Diddy was going to do an end-of-the-summer-white-party this year, he didn't disappoint. This Sunday, in his East Hampton home, the star hosted hundreds of white people people dressed in white. Mariah Carey made an apperance as did Lil’ Kim, Da Brat, Brooke Shields, Tommy Lee, Donna Karan and Russell Simmons. Sienna Miller was notably missing. Diddy spent most of his time with his angels hommies perched high above, overlooking the commoners from his bedroom balcony.

diddy's reign may be over, but there's something about seeing all these people in stark white (dark people mainly at that) that is just hot.

Agreed. The party probably sucked but at least it looked good.

My friends and I were thrilled to get last minute invites to this and then realized we didn't have enough white items in our SUV to make everyone a white outfit. So we just said fuck it and went to Pink Hamptons instead for Rocco's thing. Posting about that finale tomorrow. Glad you made it to Diddy's as I was entirely unprepared. Isn't life stressful enough without 'going out' clothes requirements? Geez.

And Truman Capote before him had the Black&White parties - so inclusive of him!
