Last night guests gathered at Sloane NYC for some live music, art and fashion to benefit the Housing Works. Monica Watkins premiered her paintings, photography and new book "the...ofitall" while guests jammed to music by Buy the Sky, The Heavy Weather Band, Saladu & the Afrolistics and Bell Book & Scandal. Guests also were the first to see Sloane NYC's Summer Collection, presented by Ford Models.

The Housing Works provides homes for homeless people in New York living with HIV/AIDS. They currently house 71 people in 68 housing units. The housing programs also provide the foundation for these people to receive health care and achieve their fullest potential in life.

This vintage shop served as the perfect venue for the event.  The already gallery feel of the store served a s a perfect place to display Watkins' paintings. The store serves as a party spot for many events (like this one) everyday.

Visit this chic vintage shop to well, shop or to have a good time with friends.
