I brought the brightest and funkiest clothes I owned down to Miami this past weekend. And, I quickly discovered, that even the worldly Art Basel festivities were unsafe from the Miami stereotypes. I was by far one of the most conservatively dressed folks running around Washington Avenue. The rules, it seems, are simple: No dress too bright, nor hem too short, and the more glittery charms the better. Take the woman I spotted on the left.
