LPGA champion Cristie Kerr hosted the inaugural Liberty Cup Charity Golf Tournament at PhD at the Dream Downtown hotel. The evening served as a pre-party for today's golfing tournament featuring LPGA and PGA players, as well as celebrities like Kyle MacLachlan , Ray Allen, Andy North, and Michael Johns, who will be teeing off to Benefit Birdies for Breast Cancer.
Cristie founded the Birdies for Breast Cancer Foundation in 2003 and has raised over $1million for breast cancer organizations, including the founding of the Cristie Kerr Women’s Health Center at Jersey City Medical Center. After playing 18 holes of golf today, guests will continue the party with dinner, an awards ceremony and the Caesars Celebrity Poker Tournament.
