Local polymath Waris Ahluwalia, whose job titles include designer, jeweler, actor and artist, celebrated the launch of his line Waris Loves You at the Woolworth building with the help of White Stripe-in-law Karen Elson and few hundred fashionistas.

GQ 4th Annual Best New Menswear Designers

GQ held its annual designer showdown, pitting six menswear finalists against each other to see who would take the crown. Viewers of this athletic spectacle included Tommy Hilfiger, Kanye West, Jessica Alba, Aziz Ansari, Penn Badgley, Kid Cudi, and Brian Atwood.
