3. The Alcohol
As a proper host, yes, you need to provide alcohol for your roof top party. Late night party crashers will most likely be coming from another event, so the crowd that has to be taken care of are the initial 20 guest. Buy a handle or two of your liquor of choice and pass it around to your early guests. The jollier they are, the longer the other people will want to stay (and the chances of more people being called over becomes more likely).

1. Cherry Beer
2 bottles pale ale
1 1/2 cups sour cherry nectar, such as Tamek
2. Prosecco Sangria
1 peach
1 nectarine
3 apricots
5 ounces peach brandy
1 bottle (750 mL) chilled Prosecco, (Italian sparkling wine)
1 cup peach nectar
Superfine sugar
