Mouse Hair Eyebrows
Women in the 18th Century shaved off their eyebrows and replaced them with false ones made out of mouse hair. The mid 18th century trend for grey hair created a desire for grey eyebrows. Conveniently, mice were grey and their fur was easy to come by.
