"I don't know Heidi Klum. She was never known in France. Claudia Schiffer also doesn't know who she is," he once told the German talk show host Johannes B. Kerner. King Karl doesn't deem Heidi avant-garde enough to play with the cool kids in France. And if Claudia, too, doesn't know Klum, they have to be right, right? Cause clearly, she's the last word on supermodel stardom. If the separation from Seal gets ugly, though, Klum can probably reconcile with Karl over a Diet Coke and some nasty jokes about her ex-hubby, whose skin Karl "wouldn't want," as it is "covered in craters."
