An All-Avocado, All-Day Cafe Is Opening Up

As far as food trends go, nothing has remained so deliciously in the spotlight, so consistently Instagrammable, so guiltlessly healthy, as avocados. From toast to roses to burger buns, everyone's favorite photogenic fruit (yes, it's a fruit), only seems to evolve. And let's just say we ain't mad.

While 2017 is sure to have its own waves of cool bites and short lived foodie obsessions, we can already tell that avocados aren't going anywhere. Need proof? Consider The Avocado Show. No, it's not some new mysterious Netflix series, it's a breakfast-lunch-dinner and everything-in-between new eatery set to open up in Amsterdam this year. Looks like they're big fans of everything green over there if you know what we mean.

Founders Julien Zaal, Ron Simpson, and chef Jaimie van Heije have yet to set an official opening date, but it looks like the spot, billed as Europe's first avocado bar, is currently hiring. Talk about a dream job.
