Everything you always wanted to know, but were afraid to ask!
Milo Rodriguez, Bombay Sapphires master mixologist, will lead this seminar looking at, you guessed it, GIN!
Gin has come a long way, from its tawdry, boozy origins in the gin palaces of Londons East End, to todays more sophisticated incarnations. Milo will lead guests through the ten botanicals that make Bombay Sapphire truly unique - giving you a chance to touch, taste, see, smell, and discover the ingredients first-hand. Participants will also mix up their very own custom signature cocktails - while guided by Milo on some of the tricks of the trade and biggest gin trends, including colorful ingredients like lavender, celery juice, cardamom, and lemongrass.
The seminar takes place on Thursday, March 18th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Brooklyn Kitchen Labs Meat Hook, 100 Frost Street in Brooklyn, and is perfect for cocktail newbies and gin aficionados alike.
The course is $50.00 per person and reservations can be secured throughhttp://www.thebrooklynkitchen.com/calendar-of-classes-and-events/ or by calling 718.349.5033.
