Backyard Restaurant in Montauk will be hosting dinner parties and dining events during the week of Aug. 12 through Aug. 18, when celebrity chefs, John Shook and Vinny Dotolo, bring their creative cuisine to the East End. Shook and Dotolo are also know as the stars of Food Network’s “Two Dudes Catering” and Executive Chefs of Animal restaurant in L.A.
