ArtHamptons 2009 Opening Preview Benefit For Guild Hall

From July 10 to 12, 2009, the Hamptons, New York, will host the second edition of ArtHamptons, the only fine art fair in the Hamptons for museum-quality modern and contemporary art. Sixty-four leading galleries from the USA, Canada and Europe are bringing $200 million worth of art. They will be showcasing all forms of artistic expression. With the paintings, drawings, watercolors, photography and sculpture of the 20th and 21st centuries offered, ArtHamptons will have the range, depth and quality of any fair nationwide. More than 5,000 art lovers are expected to visit the international art show. Prices will range from two thousand dollars for multiples and works by younger artists to four million dollars for museum-quality masterpieces. Admission is $20 and a Golden Passport for two for all access is $300. Children under 14 free. All proceeds taken at the door will be donated to local charities.
