Champions of Education Benefit

Join the MacDella Cooper Foundation (MCF) and friends for a Hampton's fundraising event supporting a wonderful cause! The day begins with a Polo match and leads into cocktails fine dining by the bite and entertainment at Dune nightclub. Humanitarian and native Liberian MacDella Cooper will host the evening along with her esteemed host committee which includes Matt Dillon in hopes to raise $500,000 to fund the construction of the first school ever to offer a free education for orphans and abandoned children in post-war Liberia. The afternoon casually begins at 4:00 PM with a private invite to Super Saturday, the weekly Bridge Hamptons polo match. The second part of the evening, the VIP cocktail hour/ dinner/fashion show/presentation will take place at the Four Seasons South Hampton and then will move to DUNE (1181 North Sea Road ,Southampton, NY), where there will be a red carpet and cocktail hour from 7-8 PM followed by a dinner with a presentation on the details of the academy's plans to open in Fall 2010, a swimwear fashion show, and a silent auction.
