The Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina celebrates Mardi Gras every week with Fat Tuesdays. A free Jambalaya buffet, created by Executive Chef Michael Domitrovich, will be offered with half-price Pomegranate Hurricanes. While listening to the sounds of Dixieland, Cajun Zydeco and New Orleans Funk, guests who catch Mardi Gras beads will also have the chance to win free drinks and prizes.
