Meet Dan at the entrance to Southampton Bath and Tennis Club for a reading of the chapter ’Jack Whitaker.’ Whitaker, the famous ABC sportscaster, scheduled the final tennis matches of his Cartier Grand Prix Tennis Tournament at the Southampton club. Tragically, the death of a legendary European tennis player appearing at this tournament put a halt to the proceedings.
