In celebration of the international humanitarian organization, Right To Play, and the Urban Zen Foundation, families are invited for a Right To Play Day from 3:00 - 5:00pm (adult supervision required) followed by a reception at Urban Zen from 6:00-8:00pm (adults only). Festivities will commence on the lawn in front of the Breakwater Yacht Club with four play stations led by world-class Right To Play Athlete Ambassadors, Vanessa Chakour, professional boxer; Jason Rogers and Tim Morehouse, Olympic silver medalist fencers; and Devon Harris, three-time member of the Jamaican Olympic Bobsled team. There will be a music station led by Sag Harbor’s own, singer/songwriter Alexa Ray Joel.
Admission is free and includes complimentary refreshments. Recommended age of children is 6 to 12 years old.
A photography exhibit featuring works by Sag Harbor local, Bettina Stelle, and her visit to Right To Play's program in Ghana will be on display in Urban Zen at 4 Bay Street.
All proceeds will benefit Right To Play & Urban Zen.
