Solé East Resort in Montauk will have a live Bossa Nova Band for everyone to enjoy during their Sunday brunches while being serenaded poolside from 11:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m on 90 Second House Rd.
The Backyard Restaurant is open with new resident Executive Chef Larry Kohlar. Applying a unique, modern interpretation to market-driven, market fresh cuisine with menus that display influences from across the globe, Chef Kohlar is sure to impress. Larry comes from an impressive background in New York City running the kitchens of Quilted Giraffe, Sign of the Dove, Bolivar, Kenney’s Commune and Commissary and Carmino Sur.
High-end retailer Edition No.003 is open at Solé East Resort for shoppers to enjoy designs by A.P.C., UNIS, Patrik Ervell, Rachel Comey, Vena Cava, Our Legacy, Rag & Bone, Band of Outsiders, and TOMS Shoes. The women’s selection, curated with New York based stylist Vanessa Packer, also includes hand chosen vintage pieces including printed YSL scarves, pinstriped Jaeger jumpsuits, and CoSTUME National sweaters. The surf-inspired lifestyle shop will additionally sell an eclectic mix of lifestyle items: ranging from surfboards and bikes, to furniture and apothecary items.
