Chef Guy Peuch of Stonewalls Restaurant (967 Reeves Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901 [631] 506-0777 x4 www.stonewalls-restaurant.com) will present the ’Chef’s Table’ on Thursday, July 15 and Thursday, July 29. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with an amuse bouche and a selected glass of wine served at the bar followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Chef will choose the menu to be paired with wines, which will include three or four courses. Cost is $45 per person including tax and gratuity. No credit cards are accepted for this promotion. Reservations are limited.
