The Phoenix House is kicking off the summer season with their Annual Cocktail Party at the home of Heide Banks in Sagaponack. Tony DiSanto, MTV's President of Programming & Development, Charlie & Lauran Walk are all being honored. Randy Jackson, Nick Cannon, and Haley & Jason Binn will be in attendance. Music will be provided by DJ Cassidy.
