Kick off the holiday weekend and welcome summer poolside at Southampton Inn! The iconic getaway will host guests for a sunny afternoon of Memorial Day fun with fine food and drinks. The exciting day will also celebrate the Grand Opening of the Southampton Inn’s recently-renovated pool and outdoor dining area. Guests will indulge in original dishes, crafted with an innovative take on barbeque fare with a local twist, including All American Spare Ribs, Sliced Sirloin with Wölfer Estate Merlot Demi-Glace, and Long Island Little Neck Clams with Valencia Fruit Broth. For the kiddies (and, of course, adults with a sweet tooth!) Molten Fudge Brownies, Classic American Blondies, Black & White Cookies and Slice Watermelon will promise a sweet ending to your evening.
