South Edison (17 S. Edison St., Montauk, NY, 11954, 631-668-4200, www.southedison.com), will present a wine dinner on Wednesday, August 10th at 6 p.m. The special wine dinner will feature a menu prepared by chef Todd Mitgang featuring Long Island bounty from Amber Waves Farm, Balsam Farms, Good Water Farms, Little Anthony, Crescent Farms and Mecox Dairy. The cost is $95 per person plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:
