The Living Room Restaurant at c/o The Maidstone will host a Stewart Cellars wine dinner on Sunday, August 14 at 6 p.m. The dinner, designed by Executive Chef James Carpenter, will include four courses and a cocktail hour for $130 per person, tax and gratuity additional. Reservations for the event, hosted by Michael Stewart, are highly recommended. The menu is as follows:

Salmon tartare with white soy and ginger
Herring with curry and apple
Midnight Moon goat cheese tart with tomato peach chutney

Local fluke with lobster succotash and basil sauce from our chefs garden
