HNF’s Annual Spin and Yoga for the Cure will take place on Saturday, July 23rd at BEast Spin Studio and Mandala Yoga. You can be a part of this amazing event. Stretch and spin and sweat, and with these efforts, you will make a difference. Spinning and yoga not your thing? Well then, how about a party! Pick your method, but do join this mission. For the whole remarkable event—Spin and/or Yoga & After Party: $75. For just the After Party: $100 w/ RSVP prior to 7/23. For Walk In at the After Party: $125.
