East End Hospice will announce plans to begin building an eight-bed state-of-the-art inpatient hospice facility on the hamlet of Quiogue in early 2012. The “Building the Dream” capital campaign to fund the construction will also be announced by East End Hospice President and CEO Priscilla A. Ruffin.
