There has been a great deal of controversy surrounding Montauk food trucks, more specifically the Ditch Plains spot. Everything is finally sorted out, and the beloved Ditch Witch will stay put, with the addition of a new face. Added to the Ditch food truck scene is 27 year old, Zachary Tyler Lynds and his TURF truck. With all the heat he has taken over the bidding war for his lobster roll truck, he is ready to start serving this July 4th weekend, with hopes that his passion and food is enough to win over the critics. Bruce Buschel cannot catch a break. This weekend, Southfork Kitchen in Bridgehampton had a kitchen fire and now is out of commission until Fourth of July weekend. Luckily, the aftermath only included minimal damage, but Buschel's plans to be up and running again for Fourth of July weekend will only happen if the Town of Southampton issues the permits he needs accordingly.
