A whole new group of restaurants are headed out to the Hamptons beginning in Summer 2013 just in time to meet Manhattan's version of the "snow-bird", who instead fly east for the winter.

Introducing Sag Harbor to her gourmet shop, Pepalajefa, right in the middle of July was a gutsy move for owner Livia Hegner. Based on the rave reviews this new foodie spot has acquired it seems that taking the risk was well worth it. The name of the shop, translates in English to “Pepa the boss,” an endearing nickname Livia had for a dear Spanish restaurant owner she once knew. More»

The New York Post reported yesterday that on Sunday night, the most coveted table at Nick and Toni's in East Hampton was not occupied by Paul McCartney, Nancy Shevell, Steve Buscemi, Anne Hearst, Jay McInerney or Danny Meyer, who were all there dining, but instead but a group of unidentified hotties. The Post described them as, "an attractive trio of 20-somethings, a sylph-like blond and two buff men." A random group of beautiful twenty-somethings got the coveted table over Sir Paul!? They must've been smokin hot and really important right? Apparently not, because the hostess didn't even know who they were but simply seated them there because they were so gorgeous.
