The tony Ross School in East-Hampton (alma-mater of charming NYC Prep alum Sebastion Oppenheim) hosted a Family Tennis Day last Saturday, May 29th, honoring tennis super-coach Nick Bollettieri.

Bollettieri has worked with such tennis greats as the Williams sistersMaria Sharapova and Andre Agassi through the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy, which he opened thirty years ago in Florida.

The Ross School event featured a meet and greet with the legendary coach as well as a coaching clinic, Junior tournament and, for $500 a kid, five minute private coaching sessions with Bollettieri himself. Yes, this dude charges $100-per-minute. And for $425-a-head, parents could sit and watch their little angels transforming into mini-Roddicks and Kournikovas before their very eyes.

Proceeds from VIP table sales went to fund Ross School Tennis Camp Scholarships. No word on where all that other money went, though.
