Restoration Hardware East Hampton benefitting God's Love We Deliver and Guild Hall

The opening of the new Restoration Hardware store took place in East Hampton last Saturday and it is safe to say the new shop will be bringing in the Hampton’s finest. Strutting through the doorways and being greeted by cocktail waiters with trays of champagne and bellinis from Cipriani? Not a terrible way to start the evening. The invite-only event was strictly VIP and hosted by Restoration Hardware chairman Gary Friedman and Town & Country editor-in-chief Jay Fielden.

The luxurious new “gallery style” of the previously only catalog based store solidified the brand as a perfect fit into the current repertoire of its neighboring East Hampton boutiques. The finely crafted pieces are a perfect marriage of old world tradition meets trendy, modern hardware. Since the image revamp, almost all the attendees of the event agreed that they would be spending copious amounts of time browsing the new signature pieces in the new location. The event even attracted a few celebrity names, including Katie Lee and Molly Sims, no doubt establishing the store as a probable success. The event benefited Guild Hall, a huge supporter of local arts, and God’s Love We Deliver.
