"Off The Eaten Path"...Estia's Little Kitchen

[Photos by Estia's] Prior to a GofG reader recently suggesting Estia's Little Kitchen as an "Off The Eaten Path" choice, I had never heard of it before. It is a shame because after careful investigating, this quaint and cozy restaurant is amazing. It is located in my most favorite part of the Hamptons, Sag Harbor, and the menu alone makes your mouth water. Estia's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner so there is something for everyone. Setting Estia's apartment from your average Hamptons restaurant are their homemade pastas, fresh squeezed juices, and use of products harvested from local areas.

To give you an idea of some of the tasty items on Estia's menu, here are a few tastebud teasing dishes: Isabelle's Request = Tuscan Toast topped with Goat Cheese, Spinach, Tomato, Onion & Two Poached EggsLance’s Trance = Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Roasted Corn and Jack Cheese on Whole Grain Toast; & Dinner = Shrimp and Sweet Corn Risotto w/Truffle Oil.
