Bruce Buschel cannot catch a break. This weekend, Southfork Kitchen in Bridgehampton had a kitchen fire and now is out of commission until Fourth of July weekend. Luckily, the aftermath only included minimal damage, but Buschel's plans to be up and running again for Fourth of July weekend will only happen if the Town of Southampton issues the permits he needs accordingly. At least he's kind of being a good sport about the whole thing? "I appreciate the dark humor of the universe and I'm kinda in on the joke" but "I'm not laughing real hard yet."
