The 2010 GofG Labor Day Weekend Party Guide!

Sad as we are to see it go, the sun is now setting on another summer. As usual, it's whizzed by far too fast, leaving us wondering where all those hours went (perhaps too much sun and boozy brunches may have had something to do with the haziness...) Well for one last hurrah, throw on your best boat shoes and slather on the SPF - it's Labor Day Weekend in the Hamptons!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD

Hamptons Social Series Finale, Co-Hosted by Guest of a Guest

Details: Earl be damned, GofG is co-hosting the final evening of the Hamptons Social Series, benefiting Autism Speaks & Charity Water. Come by and say hello to Team GofG one last time (and for a good cause) before we're outta the Hamptons!

Labor Day Weekend Kickoff at RdV East

Details: DJ Sasha Grey - most recently seen on Entourage - will be DJing what some are speculating to be the "hottest event out east for Labor Day weekend." It's worth going just in case they're right (which, hey, they could be!)

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH

2nd Annual Labor Day & Night

Details: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day...really, any holiday with the word "day" included...is the perfect setting for a DAY (& Night) brunch party.

Apres Beach Party at John Varvatos

Details: Enjoy cocktails, live music, and of course Varvatos' rocker-cool collection at the brand's East Hampton store.

RDV East Goes Back To School

Details: In case you're confused what it means to be the LAST WEEKEND in the Hamptons...we're saying you better go big. So why not do it with a double header at RdV East?! It's one last classic Saturday with The Chainsmokers, KirillWasHere, and, of course, all the usual debauchery.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH

Lee & Claude's Crazy Carnival Pool Party

Details: If you've ever been out in the Hamptons, you know Lee & Claude. Maybe not by name, but you've definitely, DEFINITELY seen them. Sometimes in three-piece suits, donning some crazy facial hair designs, or fist-pumping with a pair of turquoise hipster frames, these kids know how to party. And for the final weekend in the Hamptons, they're doing it poolside. THIS WILL BE BIG!

Where: Location to be announced to the lucky invites on the morning of the party. Check your cell phones, folks!

Sunday, Bloody Sunday

Details: Eric Spear is launching a new line of gourmet pickles (for the new generation..whatever that entails..) at NOTAGALLERY.COM's (not)gallery space in Bridgehampton. Oh, and there will be BLOOD(Y Marys).

Details: Celebrate the end of the summer at the end of the island with one final Montauk beach bash.

Labor Day Sunday Finale at AXE Lounge

Details: With an unbeatable line-up including Jesse Marco, Jasonn and a very special celebrity guest DJ (what can we say, we're suckers for surprises!) we think this is going to be one amazing farewell to summer 2010.

7th Annual Blue&Cream End Of Summer Party

Details: Okay so when we said AXE's line-up was unbeatable, we may have been wrong. Blue&Cream is pulling in Samantha Ronson and Jus Ske for their end of summer shindig at Georgica, making it a serious contender for the Sunday night party crowd. Decisions, decisions! Or...do as Team GofG does...and go to both!
