Why oh why would Serafina, a crummy NYC chain of eurotrash pizzerias open in EH? There is already a fun, lively kid friendly Italian place there with surprisingly good food; Citta Nuova, and there are three other suburban pizza joints and enough trendy crap holes out east to last a lifetime (Blue Parrot etc..) Did they learn nothing from the Mezza Luna eurotrash failure in Amagansett? At least Mezzaluna, unlike Serafina, had decent pizza and pasta!
