What is the best meal you’ve ever been served at a dinner party?
Grilled halibut on cedar planks with a fresh and crisp corn, snap pea salad and frisee salad with a basil pesto. I also love creating summery fruit and berry deserts. For one particular dinner party, I created 2 separate tarts. One was a more rustic crostata with peaches and raspberries and the other a more classic French tart with a lime curd and strawberries
