Pepalajefa: it's the food shop whose name is just as much of a mouthful as its unique dishes. Owner and chef Livia Hegner grew up traveling across Europe, speaks five languages fluently, and brings all of her bubbling personality to her "gourmet to go" shop, which is reopening this Easter in the Hamptons. We spoke to Livia and got the story behind Pepalajefa and its much-anticipated return!
