Photo by ADRIEL REBOH for PMc] To do a true Western theme properly there are certain bases you need to cover, and at the Einstein Medical College's 20th Annual Wild, Wild West Carnival presented by Marquis Jets, Erica Karsch seemed to cover them nicely. She made sure to have the requisite cowboy hat and turquoise cowboy boots most importantly. To match these, Erica added some turquoise earrings and chunky jewelry to her get-up of a distressed denim skirt and woven Southwestern style tunic-top. And just so all her accessories were perfectly in sync, she made sure her little guy, Casey, had some wild-West feel to him too; He sported a little checkered button-down of his own.
