How did the opportunity to work with the Crow's Nest come about?

We got the opportunity to work with the Crow's Nest after Sean MacPherson visited Santa Teresita, Fernando Trocca's restaurant in José Ignacio. We work there during the summer season. Cristian is the head chef and Carolina the head pastry chef. Santa Teresita [Photo via @santa.teresita]
