Other Details: Former Goodwill Ambassador, Liya Kebede, who can also be labeled as a supermodel, actress and designer, gave us a reason to do some serious shopping this weekend. The Surf Bazaar shop, located in the Surf Lodge, was taken over with the preview of the pre-fall collection of Liya's clothing line, Lemlem. Each of the handcrafted designed help inspire economic independence in the model's home country of Ethiopia, while also encouraging the preservation of the practice of hand weaving clothes.

Couldn't be happier for gorgeous Christie! She is an inspiration to many, I know she is to me, and I am grateful to her for her many charitable efforts and her various activist passions as well as her courage and strength in the face of surreal injustice. Her beautiful children are lucky to have such a wonderful Momma!!
